A question I am asked a lot from my hosting clients is “How do I access email via webmail when I am travelling or at home?” So here is a helpful set of instructions to get you going.
All you need to do is; from an internet connected PC / Internet Kiosk if you are travelling, connect to the internet and bring up your website in the browser; then add /webmail to the end.
For example, I would type - www.computerwizz.com.au/webmail
You would type - www.(yourdomain.com.au)/webmail
From here, you will need to type your full email address as your username and password. If you are unsure of your password, please ask me and I will tell you what it is. If you are on a public PC, do not tick the “Remember my password” box.
After successfully logging in, you will come to this page. This allows you to choose a webmail platform. I use the Round Cube one. Click on the “Read Mail using Round Cube” link to open the webmail client.
This will get you to the “Round Cube” and this is what the webmail platform looks like, where you can check your new emails, create and send new emails etc.
Please be aware, you will not see the emails that have already been sent to you and have been collected into your mail client on your PC at home or Office if you are using a POP account on your PC, IMAP accounts save email on the server and in that case you will see your already received emails.
Once you have seen, read and finished with your emails, log out and close the internet window down. If you are in a public PC, it is important you remember to log out, otherwise someone else may be able to see your emails.
If you have any other questions on Webmail or any other Computer Wizz support questions, Please send me an email or give me a call.

Very great post. I simply stumbled upon your weblog and wished to mention that I have really enjoyed browsing your weblog posts. After all I?ll be subscribing to your rss feed and I hope you write once more very soon!
Thanks Shane, really helpful and easy to understand. This is simple and concise, I feel confident I will receive my emails and read them wherever I am.
